Great purchase! So pleased. It is a very pretty frame, good quality and arrived quickly.

I've used Art to Frame for years and have always appreciated the quality of their work.

This time, I needed a frame for a print of Eleanor Fortescue-Brickdale's St. Catherine of Siena, and chose the expansive black gothic style—anything less felt too understated. The price was excellent, as always, and both production and shipping matched the quoted timelines. The frame arrived via Amazon, carefully packed—a welcome relief given the glass option I selected.

It's hung in a bright room, and while I knew the reflection would be minimal from its usual viewing angle, I opted against the non-glare options, and was glad to be able to choose a 99% UV protection without compromising clarity or preservation. The customization process makes it easy to get exactly what you need.

The detailing is striking in person. The frame has substantial weight for its size (I ordered one to fit a 16 x 12 matted print), so do take that into account when planning placement. The corner joints could be slightly tighter, but that's understandable given the ornate carving. It's not noticeable once hung, and overall I'm thoroughly satisfied with the result.

I'll be returning for my next project. :)

It looks awesome when put a picture in the frame>

It's lovely, and went together well. The colors of the matts are hard to match by computer photos, but it's beautiful and the finished product looks great! It's currently parceled up for moving.

Frame itself was great! The sawtooth hanger wasn't already on the frame so I had to hammer it myself, which wasn't a big deal. Glass had some adhesive on it so make sure to wipe it with glass cleaner a few times. I also accidentally ordered it to the store (instead of my house) so customer service was quick to spot that - delivery took around 2 weeks from order, so pretty quick for a custom order. Have not had a chance to hang it yet. Overall happy with purchase!

This is a beautiful, well-made frame. I had to pay for shipping, but it was packaged very well to ensure no damage. Our 2 photos from a recent horseback riding vacation, one horizontal and one vertical, look fantastic with the brown mat we chose.

If you are like me you got big cheap picture that would look great in a gothic frame, but everything in the size you needed was expensive. In that regard, this is a great choice. It’s cheap, looks great, and fits the description. That being said, it still could have been made a bit better even for the cheap price. I don’t personally mind the cheap plastic cover it comes with (who’s gonna notice), but the edges have something (I guess some sort of black glue) that gets all over everything. I ended up rubbing it mostly off and putting some tape on the edges. In summary - it’s a cheaply made frame, as expected. I’d give it 5 stars if not for the weird black glue issue. Buy one of the expensive ones if you are looking for good quality.
