The floating frame arrived packed to protect as advertised! The plastic film that is on both sides of the acrylic pieces is thick and protects the acrylic from scratches. The panels are thicker than expected which definitely added to it's quality. I wanted to display a baby afghan I cross stitched and decided to try a floating frame…I couldn't be happier!

All 4 of the large frames you see in this photograph are custom frames from art-to-frames. they are also all puzzles, hence why i need to buy custom frames, as most puzzles are not standard sizes. they really turn the puzzles into beautiful artwork and i could not be more pleased with the quality of the frames. that's why i keep coming back to art-to-frames time and again for my custom framing needs. it's reliable, consistent, convenient, and very fast shipping.

The frame seems to be of good quality. However, I give Four Stars because the hardware to hang it is not already attached to the frame. I pre-drilled small pilot holes, prior to attaching mine, to avoid splitting the wood (be careful).
