I finally framed the movie poster that I bought during COVID and it looks great! The frame and matte are very nice. I'll be ordering more!

Frame was great, but the size was wrong. Returned. My cost was $46.02. My refund. $28.00. Better be sure you want their product, because if you return it you lose 40% of your cost. Buyer beware!

The frame comes with plexiglass, not real glass, and the hardware does not come attached. (I assume so you can custom place it according to where you need it). All in all it works and functions as advertised. It is easy to use and lightweight so it shouldn’t put unnecessary pressure on any wall. It is overpriced. After receiving the product and seeing it in person; I would have felt more comfortable paying $12.99 no more than $20 total. In all honesty, this looks like the type of frame you purchase from Walmart. There is no reason for the outrageous shipping cost. It says in the listing the high price of shipping is because the frame is shipped in a custom protective box, but this is not true. They put cardboard corners on the frame with little Saran Wrap to hold it together, and then there is no bubble wrap or any sort of foam that holds the frame still in the puzzlingly large and clearly not custom made box it is delivered in. Mine came with the added bonus of having shoe prints all over the box as well, and Amazon is the shipper, so it’s a pointless up-charge for shipping that just wastes the customers money and does not protect the product at all in the shipping process. This was purchased for a map my son wanted to put on his wall. 3 stars for working properly, but minus one for not having the hardware installed, and minus another for the absurd price of the frame for the quality (plexiglass instead of real), as well as for the unnecessary shipping cost that simply isn’t justified based on what I received.

Sure bet to BUY FROM THIS COMPANY again! Ordered (2) frames, both arrived intact due to perfect packaging! Frames themselves beautifully finished; no gaps in mitered corners, acrylic for very large frame had protective peel-off on both sides (no scratches), glass in smaller frame sparkling/un-scratched, the frames outer finish was dent/scratch free, and there was a sturdy inner-frame the keeps the whole frame squared & warp-free. Hanging hardware included. WOW. Highly recommend.

Arrived with the window falling off. Poorly installed and poor materials. Charge doesn’t last long.

Never buy this. The picture is deceptive making it look bigger than it is. The gray part is all that exists. The black part is an absolute lie. Shameful.
