First off I must say that the box used to ship the frame was probably the sturdiest container that I have seen in quite some time. The frame was expertly packaged. The frame was nicely crafted with a beautiful finish. I am very satisfied!

I really love the quality of the frame. My husband (a former art handler) was very impressed at how carefully it was packaged as well. He is hard to impress when it comes to frames and packaging. 10/10!

Picture fit perfectly in frame. All hardware came with it to go back on the wall.

The front panel of the frame that magnets on has warped and fallen to the ground, breaking. I believe this is due to the magnets being a little too weak for the weight of the frame.... I wish I could buy replacement front panels. Otherwise the whole item is trash...

I purchased this frame with the expectation that it would be formal enough to hang in my dining room. After receiving the frame, I didn't feel like the price paid matched the quality of the frame. The frame seems study; however, the finish on the frame looked cheap for what I was going to be using for in my home.

This just seemed so cheap for the price. Frame is flimsy, plastic galore and lacking a proper backing for the photo. I'm disappointed and wouldnt recommend

I absolutely love this beautiful frame! I purchased a larger one as well for a different piece of art. Both are high quality and gorgeous. They both arrived carefully packed & not damaged. You can tell these frames were made with care. Initially this frame was lost in transit, but the seller was SO easy to work with and refunded me promptly (thank you!). I will definitely purchase from this seller again.
