I bought this frame kit because I have a painting that's an unusual size (like 32.5" x 14.5") that I couldn't find a frame for, other than having one custom made, which'd cost close to $200. I was pleased to see that this solid wood frame looks nice and is easy to assemble, with the kit providing everything necessary to frame and mount the picture.

The frame from Amazon was apparently damaged in transit and was never delivered. I reached out to the seller (ArtToFrames) and they confirmed it was undeliverable. They refunded me the full amount straight away and I re-ordered the item. The new one arrived within a few days. and I have to say, the packaging was great. There was a hole in the box (Amazon aren't necessarily careful) but because of the excellent packaging, it was undamaged. Very happy with the product and the ArtToFrames customer service.

This company deserves a shout-out! I bought several frames from them for oddly-sized prints and they came securely and well-packaged. Inside were quality, sturdy, attractive frames that were easy to get my prints into and hang. I didn't realize how good these were until I tried my lone frame from a different company- immediately had problems opening it, getting the protective plastic off, getting my prints into it, and then sliced my finger trying to close the dang thing. Also, it didn't look nearly as good as my ArtToFrames. It really made me appreciate what smooth sailing I had with ArtToFrames. They have a great selection, great prices, great shipping and a great product. I was scared to order frames on line - I'm glad I did. It was a fraction of a custom frame and looks great.

Nice sturdy frame, well packed and came with necessary hardware for mounting. The downside is that the backer panel is single-core cardboard and not especially rigid which causes a 'billowing' of the poster within the frame. Would be better if the backing was masonite, or double-layered cross-ply cardboard which would be stiffer.

Needed something economical in larger quantities and although they definitely aren't super high end, these frames are actually pretty robust.

Ad makes it seem like you get a basic frame, but this is literally just a single pane of glass. Absolutely ridiculous. Make that clear in your post. Now I have to hunt down a frame too putting my project further over budget 👍 will never be buying from here again.

I spent a lot of time trying to order frames with actual glass. I liked the frame but, on the outside of the box it says GLASS but inside the frames is just plastic. Disappointing.

The packaging came really nice with bubble wraps and the frame is well made and beautiful. If you need one this is a good option.

Very nice quality for a reasonably priced frame. Due to the exceptional packing the frame arrived in pristine condition. The paint was unblemished and the corner joints were tight and even. The hardware shipped with frame is good quality (buyer must install hardware). I would puchase again.
