Well packaged and protected from shipping mishaps! box with two 21x29 inch frames arrived with a hole in it but the interior packaging provided ample protection. frames also came with hardware and cable to hang both frames.

I ordered this frame for my 8 year old son. He completed a 1000 piece puzzle and wanted to frame it. The first frame arrived damaged and customer service was great in resolving the issue. They sent another frame and we were able to put the puzzle in the there. It's beautiful! Thanks so much! I'll be ordering from them again because my son LOVES puzzles.
