Purchased this frame for a customer picture I bought. This frame was the perfect accent for the picture and it was just the right touch. I had never bought a large frame from Amazon u til the one and this will not be the last one.

Love the frame; it goes perfectly with my print. It's great to be able to see my image in the frame before buying.
I sold the framed print immediately so I ordered another frame.

I've purchased from ArttoFrames for years and have generally been very happy. I ordered several frames this time and two arrived slightly damaged. Tried contacting customer service via their website chat. Doesn't work. Tried their contact form for damaged frames. Doesn't work. Tried calling. Waiting in line for some time just to be sent to a voicemail. At the time of writing this I have yet to receive a response or a resolution. Aside from fixing the issues (and there are many) on their website, I would recommend that whomever is packing the frames is more careful as to not damage them before they're shipped, or not package frames that have visible damage to them.

I ordered these frames for two antique botanical prints. I have just redone part of a guest bath and had purchased a Venetian mirror that these really go well with and compliment the hand colored botanical prints. I am very pleased with the purchase.

The frame we selected was the only one that we felt would carry the 'old Italy' look of grandfather's picture, and it did, perfectly.

This frame was well packaged and what I expected but I needed to return it due to the dimensions not matching my picture. However, upon processing the return I had to pay more than 30% to return the item. This may have been written someone in the return policy and I missed it, but it's one of the reasons I hesitate ordering from small businesses via Amazon. It's too costly to return an item.

The quality of the custom frame is outstanding and shipping was very fast. Art to Frames is a great way to frame oddly sized treasures at a very reasonable price. Love ordering from them!
