Received email asking for feedback before items arrived. Usually my orders ship Fedex but for some reason this order shipped Amazon Shipping which takes way too long, especially considering what I was charged for shipping. I still don't haven't received them.

I'm what I consider a regular customer for your services. I tend to go directly to ArtToFrame.com now, instead of spending hours surfing sizes and styles on other websites.
