This is the second frame I have purchased. Yet again I LOVE the frame. Excellent quality. Superb packaging. Will always be my go to for buying frames.

I really like this frame. I purchased it for a 16x20 poster. My only complaint is the picture makes it look like it is brushed with black. It is not. The burgundy is pretty but still not 100% as advertised

Very deceiving description, will not order from this place again

We didn't even opened the box and wanted to return, because we were not wanted to make holes in the wall. The seller has no where disclosures about changing almost half for return shipping. If you change your mind, you screwed. The product already overpriced

Came very well packaged and it looks amazing. Fit my puzzle perfectly! Easy to hang up.

I contacted them about a custom item that I couldn't find anywhere else. I just provided them with a sketch of my idea and they created a frame with the right sized openings in the mat. It was great!

I specifically paid more for this frame because it said “Glass” under specifications, but it's NOT glass, it's plexiglass! Not happy.

My puzzle was estimated at 70x50 CM (or 27 and 1/2 in. by 19 and 2/3 in.) and I got the 27.56x19.69 frame. There is about a 1 cm difference on all sides where the frame hides that very small part of the overall picture. So if that matters, there is a measurement to add in. Overall, I don't mind and I think my "nostalgia" picture turned out great!The frame itself is very pretty and a hanging kit is included. Good quality and packaged very well for shipping. Just be on the lookout because some of these reviews say that if you get the wrong size, it might be a nightmare to try and return/exchange.
